We'll get back to you as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours, to schedule your fitting or answer any questions you might have. This is the first step toward clothing that actually works for your life, and we're looking forward to making it happen.
Orders & payments.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus mobile payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, Vipps and Swish. We do not work with bank transfers, as all payments are made when you make an order.
Since we start working on your order immediately, it's best to contact us as soon as possible if you need changes. With made-to-measure, timing matters, the earlier you reach out, the more we can do to help. As a default when placing an order, you can make changes until 15.00 on the day of ordering. If you're order is placed later than 15.00 it will be possible to change until 15.00 the day after.
All Atelier Nicola orders come in our signature packaging. If you're purchasing something as a gift, just let us know and we can make it extra special without adding unnecessary frills.
Production & delivery.
It's clothing created specifically for your measurements and preferences. Unlike off-the-rack options, we adjust patterns to your proportions and let you customize details to create garments that actually fit and reflect your style.
We offer suits, tuxedos, sport jackets, trousers, shirts, outerwear, and knitwear, basically a complete wardrobe of pieces that work together and last. Everything is designed to be versatile enough for multiple occasions.
After your fitting session, production typically takes 4-6 weeks. If you have a specific deadline (like a wedding), let us know when booking and we'll work with you to make it happen.
Since everything is made specifically for you, we don't offer returns on made-to-measure products once your order is confirmed. However, we stand by our fit guarantee, if something doesn't fit right, we'll adjust it until it does.
We work with carefully selected workshops and family-owned ateliers in Europe and Asia that share our values of quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and fair working conditions. These partners have been perfecting their craft for generations, and it shows in every stitch. Each maker is chosen for their specific expertise, whether that's in tailoring jackets, crafting shirts, or creating outerwear.
Size & care.
That's the beauty of made-to-measure, we take care of finding your size during your fitting session. We'll take proper measurements and discuss how you like your clothes to fit. No generic size charts needed.
To keep your pieces looking their best:
Suits & Jackets: Dry clean only and sparingly. Store on quality wooden hangers and give them time to air out between wears.
Shirts: Machine wash cold or lukewarm, hang to dry rather than using a tumble dryer.
Knitwear: Hand wash or use a wool cycle, then lay flat to dry.
Always follow the specific care instructions included with your garment.
Appointments & service.
We currently don't have one permanent location where you can visit us. Instead, we make things easier by coming to you. We offer pop-up showrooms, private consultations, and fittings at your home or office, plus company tailoring days where we bring our service directly to your workplace.
Your session will take about 45-60 minutes. We'll talk about what you actually like to wear, get your measurements right, and show you fabric samples that work for your life. We bring different options for you to see and feel, because touching the fabric matters. The whole process is laid-back with no sales pressure. This is about finding what works for you, not us pushing something on you.
Absolutely. Every fitting includes honest advice about what will work best for your build, lifestyle, and preferences. We're not here to push trends, we're here to help you find pieces that make sense for you.
We can also come to your home and go through your current wardrobe, helping you see new combinations, identify what's missing, and figure out what's worth keeping versus what's not serving you anymore.
