These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using our website [www.ateliernicola.com (the “Site”) and purchasing our products and services. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

General
Atelier Nicola provides made-to-measure clothing and related services. All products are custom-made based on your measurements and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted for made-to-measure items.

Fit Guarantee
We offer a Fit Guarantee for all made-to-measure garments up to 1,000 DKK in adjustments. If your garment requires adjustments, you may:

Request that we handle the alterations at our designated atelier, or
Opt to use a local tailor and submit a receipt for reimbursement up to 1,000 DKK.

To qualify for the Fit Guarantee, you must notify us of any fit issues within 14 days of receiving the garment. Adjustments beyond the 1,000 DKK limit or after the 14-day period are at the client’s expense.

Orders and Payment
Payment is due upon ordering. We accept card payments and mobile payment methods at the time of order placement, both online and on-site.

All orders are confirmed only after payment has been received.
Prices include applicable taxes but exclude shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout or on-site.

Atelier Nicola reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.

Delivery and Shipping
Estimated delivery time for made-to-measure garments is 4-8 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues, shipping delays) are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Once the garment has been delivered, the risk of loss or damage passes to the client.

Measurements and Specifications
Accurate measurements are crucial to ensuring a proper fit. Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements if not taken by an Atelier Nicola representative.

Atelier Nicola is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client or a third party.

Product Care and Maintenance
We recommend following our garment care instructions to maintain the quality and fit of your clothing.

Atelier Nicola is not liable for damage caused by improper care, washing, or alterations not performed by us or our designated partners.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and trademarks on the Site are the intellectual property of Atelier Nicola. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Changes to Terms
