Everything starts with a conversation. No sales pitch, just you telling us what you're looking for and us actually listening. Maybe you need something for work that doesn't feel stiff. Maybe it's for a wedding. Or maybe you're just tired of clothes that don't quite fit right.
During this same first meeting, we'll take your measurements properly. Not just the basics, but the details that matter. How you stand, how you move, where your shoulders sit. This isn't about forcing you into standard sizes. It's about building clothes around you, not the other way around.
We'll also go through fabric options that make sense for your life and the season, talk about styles that work for you (not what some influencer is pushing), and explain everything in normal language. The whole thing takes about an hour and sets up everything that follows.
Fine-Tuning the Fit
From first fitting
to final touch.
About 4-6 weeks after our first meeting, you'll try on your garment when we make the delivery. This is where we check that everything's working, the fit, the fabric, how it feels when you move around. If something needs tweaking, we'll mark it and explain why. Takes about 30 minutes and it's crucial for getting things exactly right.
If we needed to make changes, we'll take care of that, and come back in about 7 days to make sure everything's spot on. Once you're happy, it's yours. The whole point of this process is making sure you end up with clothes that work, not just something that photographed well on someone else.

Each fitting takes about 45-60 minutes, tops. First time with custom clothing? We'll make it easy for you. And if you're already familiar with tailored pieces, we'll take your experience to the next level. Our process is straightforward and tested, perfect for professionals who want to look good without the hassle. Here's how it works:

We start with a conversation about what you like and what you need. Maybe it's a suit that doesn't make you feel like you're playing dress-up, or a jacket you'll actually want to wear out of the office. We talk about how you like your clothes to fit, which fabrics make sense for your day-to-day, and how each piece will work with what you already own.
2 / Measurements
We take your measurements to make sure everything fits just right. First-timer? We'll explain everything as we go, why jacket length matters, how trousers should actually sit, and why those tiny adjustments make all the difference in the world.
3 / Fabric selection
Choose from fabrics that we've already spent way too much time selecting. From lightweight wool that doesn't make you sweat to soft flannel that feels like a gentle hug. Want something extra special? We have cashmere and silk too. We'll help you figure out what works for your lifestyle, your office, and yes, even the weather.
4 / Delivery & fit guarantee
Your clothes arrive a few weeks later (4-6). If something's not quite right, we fix it, no extra cost, no questions asked. Because a suit that fits right should also feel right, and we're not happy until you are.
