Pitti Uomo 108 - recap from our first time in Florence.

PITTI UOMO 108
Notes from Pitti Uomo 108
Our first time at Pitti. And our first time in Florence during this kind of heat, 36 degrees and still air in the afternoons.
We took our time in the mornings, walking through the fair and around the city. There’s a lot to take in. You start noticing details, how people wear things, how they carry themselves, what feels considered and what doesn’t.
It was good to meet people whose work we’ve followed from a distance. To see materials and proportions in real life. You get a different sense of things that way. Less filtered, more direct.
We didn’t go in with a plan. Just wanted to see what was happening and where it might lead.
We came back with even more thoughts than before. Not answers exactly, but a better sense of where we’re heading.

We didn’t go in with a plan. We just wanted to see what was happening and where it might lead us.

What stood out most wasn’t any single trend or piece, but how certain people wore their clothes, with ease, with thought, without trying too hard.

The more we see, the more it feels like good style isn’t about standing out, it’s about knowing what suits you, and wearing it like you mean it.

YOU MADE IT THIS FAR ALREADY - WHY NOT GO THE WHOLE WAY?
